3. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is determined based on the volume of items to be removed and the complexity of the job.
- Pro Junk Dispatch provides a free, no-obligation estimate for Services prior to commencement. The final price will be confirmed on-site before work begins.
- Payment for Services is due upon completion of the work, and we accept payment via cash, credit card, debit card, or any other accepted payment method.
- Pro Junk Dispatch reserves the right to charge additional fees in certain situations (e.g., large quantities of items, special handling, long distance, etc.).
- All prices are subject to change based on circumstances such as volume, location, and additional services requested.
4. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Delays
- Service appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed via email or phone.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
- In case of delays, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances, Pro Junk Dispatch will provide notice and attempt to reschedule the appointment.
- Pro Junk Dispatch reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments if there are factors beyond our control, including inclement weather, accidents, or other emergencies.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that all items to be removed are accessible and ready for removal at the scheduled time.
- It is the client’s responsibility to secure any sensitive or valuable items that may be on the property.
- Pro Junk Dispatch is not liable for any damage to property, landscaping, or other structures unless caused by our gross negligence.
- Clients must ensure that hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, batteries, asbestos, medical waste) are not present. Pro Junk Dispatch does not handle hazardous materials and reserves the right to refuse service if such materials are found.
6. Liability and Insurance
- Pro Junk Dispatch carries liability insurance for all services provided.
- While we take every precaution to avoid damage to your property, we are not liable for any damage unless caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the Services provided. In no event will we be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Prohibited Items
Pro Junk Dispatch will not remove the following items:
- Hazardous materials (chemicals, asbestos, medical waste)
- Car parts, engines, or tires
- Refrigerators or appliances containing Freon unless properly drained
- Illegal substances, stolen goods, or contraband
- Any materials deemed dangerous or harmful by local, state, or federal regulations
If you attempt to have prohibited items removed, Pro Junk Dispatch reserves the right to cancel the service and charge a fee for the initial service call.

Pro Junk Dispatch respects your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be used exclusively for the purpose of providing our Services.
